Kids Empowerment

Each week we discuss the topic of the week. We use the making of artwork as a vessel to explore that topic and how it relates to life outside Rue. The creative process is used as a metaphor for how to tackle that issue/topic in life. Real examples of each week’s work will be on display for clients to see at Rue. All materials are supplied.

We strive to build student emotional literacy. Emotional literacy includes, labeling, describing and debriefing about big emotions, including self-regulations and coping techniques. We aim to build self-esteem and confidence, by empowering our students through creativity. Term bookings are the best way to secure a spot at the studio, casual lessons are available at times.
